REFUND POLICY

Overview

Our Recipe Tree is operated by Golden Pond Investments Inc. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made through our platform.

1. Free Plan

Our Recipe Tree offers a free plan with no payment required. No refunds are applicable to the free plan.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Creator and Pro plans) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe or PayPal.

Monthly subscriptions: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current 30-day billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Annual subscriptions — within 30 days: If you purchased an annual subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This applies once per account.

Annual subscriptions — after 30 days: Refund requests for annual subscriptions are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your annual billing period.

3. Gift Cards and Promo Codes

Gift card purchases and redemptions are non-refundable. Promotional credits applied to an account have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

4. Exported Books and Digital Downloads

Generated recipe books (PDF or ePub) are digital products delivered immediately upon generation. Because they are immediately accessible upon creation, they are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with a generated book, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

5. Exceptions

We may grant refunds outside the above policy at our sole discretion in cases of:

- Duplicate charges due to a billing error.

- Charges made fraudulently or without authorisation.

- Significant service outages or technical failures attributable to us that prevent access to core features for an extended period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@ourrecipetree.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

- Your registered email address.

- The date of purchase.

- The reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
